| One (1) New 115,000 PPH Nebraska, 350 psig D.P. Packaged Watertube Boiler, Model N2S-7-89. The boiler is a “D” type composed of a 48” I.D. steam drum and a 24” mud drum with 2” O.D. tubes. The steam drum has a 10” 300# flanged main steam connection. The furnace volume is 1,793 cu. ft. Built in accordance with ASME Power Boiler Code, Section I and bearing N.B. and CRN all Canadian “C” stampings. The boiler is equipped with a Coen/Todd Combustion Variflame low NOx (30 ppm with FGR when firing NG) fully automatic burner for gas or #2 - 6 fuel oil firing. The forced draft fan is coupled with a 300 HP 3/60/460 TEFC motor with starter. The package comes complete with fuel trains, Fireye E110 BMS with Fireye E300 expansion module, Seimens microprocessor to handle the fully metered combustion control system, single element FW control (convertible to 3-element), feedwater control valve, combustion air damper and ductwork. The valve trim consists of: feedwater block and bypass valves piped with FW control valve, primary and secondary LWCO, water gauge and water column valves, continuous blowdown valve, chemical feed valve, vent valve, blowdown valves, safety valves and steam gauge.
