The Viking gas turbine is connected thru a MAA( double reduction gearbox to a 1913 KVA @ 30°C Ideal Electric brushless air cooled AC generator, Type SAB, 3/60/41 60V @ 1800RPM with 125V DC brushless 13kw exciter. Equipped with lube and oil cooling system, air compressor starting system with receiver, inlet AAF air filers, Donaldson inland air silencer, also integrated into the sound attenuated enclosure is a air conditioned electric controlled compartment with engine and generator controls and switchgear for auto start. Basler voltage regulator, Woodward 2301 governor synchronizing system, vibration monitor, 5kv ABB breaker, all necessary CT & PT's, switches, gages, relays, meters and annunciator panel battery charger and batteries. Manufactured in 1979, has 7922 operating hours and 582 starts, was overhauled in 1998 by Dresser Rand and not operated since.
