One (1) 200,000#/hr. Nebraska, 350 psig D.P. Package Watertube Boiler, Type N2S-8/S1-129. Shop assembled Type "A" design, composed of a 54" I.D. steam drum and two (2) 24" O.D. lower drums with 2" O.D. tubes. Total heating surface of 12,573 sq. ft. of which 1,513 sq. ft. are in the waterwalls. Furnace volume is 3,488 cu. ft. Built in 1997 in accordance with ASME Code and bearing N.B. and H.S.B. stampings. Boiler is constructed for outdoor installation. It will generate a continuous steam capacity of 200,000#/hr. of dry saturated steam at an operating pressure range of 150-325 psig when supplied with feedwater at 228°F. Equipped with a Todd shop assembled ultra low NOx burner for natural gas and #2 oil, free standing FD fan with 500HP motor, 1800RPM with interconnecting air duct to windbox. Also included are flame safeguard burner control system, I.R.I. and U.L. approved, fuel trains and Bailey Simone combustion and 3-element feedwater control system. The valve trim consist of safety valves, Yarway blowoff valves, Clark-Reliance water columns, auxiliaty low water cutoff, chemical feed stop valves, pressure gauge, 12" Edward non-return valve, and stop valve, feedwater stop and check valves, feedwater flow control valve, miscellaneous drain valves, economizer assembly with associated trim. Also available at addtional cost are 412,000#/hr. spray type deaerating feedwater heater, (3) 433 GPM @ 470 FTDH Gould boiler feed pumps with 150HP motors, 460V, and water treatment system.
