Two (2) Used 20,000#/Hr. Cleaver Brooks, 260psig D.P., Package Watertube Boilers, Model D-42. These boilers are a 2-drum bent tube type, referred to as a "D" design. Composed of a 36" I.D. steam drum and a 24" O.D. lower drum with 2" O. D. tubes. Each boiler has a total heating surface of 1,933 sq. ft. of which 360 sq. ft. are in the waterwalls. The boilers were built in 1972 in accordance with ASME code and bearing N.B. and H.S.B. stampings. The boilers are each equipped with: Cleaver-Brooks, Model WT293X-BRI combination forced draft burner for gas and #2 oil firing, forced draft fan with a 25HP motor, 3/60/460V, fully automatic electric positioning combustion control panel with flame safeguard and programming control system. Includes all integrally piped and wired components, such as: control panel, fuel trains, actuators, heater, piping and trim, control voltage is 1/60/110V. Valve trim consists of: feedwater stop and check valves, safety valves, as well as miscellaneous valve trim and regulators.
