Two (2) New / Unused 250,000#/hr. Nebraska, 750 psig DP at 750°TTF, Shop-assembled, Type "A", Package Watertube Boilers, Type N2SS -8/S -124-SH Boilers are composed of a 54" I.D. steam drum and (2) 24" O.D. lower drums with 2" O.D. tubes. The boilers have a total heating surface of 10,940 sq. ft. of which 1,584 sq.ft. are in the waterwalls. The furnace volume is 2,960 cu.ft. There is a horizontal radiant drainable superheater having a total of 940 sq. ft. The boilers were built in 2007 in accordance with ASME Code and bear N.B. and H.S.B. stampings. The boilers system will generate a continuous steam capacity of 250,000#/hr. of superheated steam at an operating pressure of 250-675 psig at 750°TTF when supplied with feedwater at 220°F. Boilers are completely assembled with a TODD Combustion Variflame shop-assembled low NOx package burner for combination #2-6 oil or natural gas firing motor. Also included: Flame safeguard burner control system, 1/60/120V., I.R.I., FM approved, with integral annunciator, Moore microprocessor combustion, 3-element feedwater and outlet temperature control system actuating fuel valves, fan and windbox inlet dampers and air registers for fuel/air control, a 3" Fisher feedwater control valve with bypass and a desuperheater control valve for temperature control. The boilers are also equipped with a free standing Chicago Blower forced draft fan with 750HP, TEFC motor 3/60/2400-4160V, 1800RPM with interconnecting air duct to windbox, an economizer with (3) valve bypass, safety valve, inlet transition, expansion joint, outlet transition, stack and structural steel, and a complete FGR system consisting of FGR ducting, FGR damper and mixing box.
