One (1) New 300HP Kewanee, 200 psig, D.P., Package Firetube Boiler, Model H35-300-G02. The boiler will develop 10,350#/hr. of steam at 212°F. The unit has a heating surface (fireside) of 1500 sq. ft. Built in 1998 in accordance with ASME Code and UL, CSDI, IRI, FM and NFPA-85 approved. The boiler is equipped with a modulating gas/#2 oil fired Kewanee Low NOx burner, forced draft with 25HP, 3/60/460V motor, one (1) oil pre-heater, (1) oil circulating pump with 1/2HP, 3/60/440V motor, base, starter and strainer, fully automatic control panel with flame safeguard system, 1/60/115V. The valve trim consists of: (1) McDonnel-Miller No. 157 LWCO, auxiliary low water cutoff, gauge glass, tri-cocks, water column, water column blowoff valves, pressure gauge, relief valve(s), high steam pressure limit control(s), operating control, feedwater globe and check valves, bottom blowdown valves. Note: NOx levels on gas will be under 25PPM. CO will be under 25PPM, complete with FGR. Combustion air blower motor: 25HP. FGR blower motor:10HP. Air compressor motor: 7 1/2HP.
