One (1) 300HP Cleaver Brooks, 200 psig D.P., Package Firetube Boiler, Model CB-400-300. Boiler will develop 10,35O#/hr. of steam at 212°F having a heating surface of 1500 sq. ft. and (175) 2 1/2" O.D. tubes. Built in accordance with ASME Code and bearing N.B. and H.S.B. stampings. Equipped with a combination burner for #2 - #6 fuel oil and/or gas; forced draft fan with 10HP motor; (1) 7 %" KW steam electric oil preheater, (1) oil pump assembly with a 1/2HP motor, base, starter and strainer; fully automatic custom control cabinet with Cleaver Brooks flame failure system; sequence and status indication and alarm built to meet the requirement of F.I.A. and F.M. The boiler has the following valve trim, (1) McDonnell-Miller #194M water column with low water cutoff, (1) McDonnell-Miller auxiliary LWCO, (2) Kunkle safety valves, (3) pressure controls, (1) pressure gauge (3) 1 1/2" Everlasting blowdown valves, (1) 20" O.D. x 6' H stub stack. The self contained boiler plant is equipped with One (1) packaged boiler feedwater condensate system consisting of a feed pump directly connected to a motor with an 800 gallon condensate tank and Robertshaw temperature controller, (1) Neptune chemical feed system consisting of a pump, motor and agitator, (1) Wilson Model 83-NBW centrifugal blowdown separator with interconnecting valves and trim. The mobile boiler plant is piped, wired and installed in an enclosed trailer and requires only fuel, 3 phase, 480V. (75 amp or 240V. (150 amp) electric and water service connections to be made for generating system.
