(12) Twelve Reconditioned 200HP Vapor Skid Mounted Steam generators Model T-FN7-(4) 4748-V3HK, 300 psig Design Pressure. Each boiler is a forced circulation watertube boiler that employs a low volume water coil as the heat exchange element and a vertical combustion and exhaust system. All units are equipped with a water pump for forced circulation of feedwater through the coils, a drive motor for powering the water pump, combustion air blower and an automatic control system for controlling the firing and cycling of the main burner. A shutoff valve, check valve, and washout connection are provided at the inlet side of the coils, Mounted on the boiler is a coil blowdown valve. Each unit comes completely equipped with a modulating #2 oil fired burner; can be converted to natural gas, FD fan, fan motor and starter, boiler feed & oil pumps with motors, control panel with separator blowdown valve; fill-test valve; inlet valve to the steam trap and steam trap return shutoff valve and 480V motor service.
