| Three (3) 310,000#/HR Babcock & Wilcox Field Erected Watertube Boilers, Type S. Boilers are of 2- drum, bent-tube type, Stirling, composed of complete water cooled furnace with top supported construction, consisting of 60” steam drum and 42” lower drum. Total heating surface is 28,247 sq. ft., of which 4,698 sq. ft. are in the waterwalls. Furnace volume is 19,180 Cu. ft. Manufactured in accordance with ASME code and bearing NB and HSB stampings. Fitted with pendant type 5200 sq. ft. superheater, and spray attemperator, (1) Ljungstrom 22,400 sq. ft regenerative air preheater (tubular air preheater at additional cost). Equipped with (6) B&W circular mechanical atomizing Bunker C #6 oil burners, and bituminous coal pulverizers (adaptable to stoker firing of bagasse or wood residual hog fuels). 174,000 CFM @ 10” WG @ 385°F Sturtevant ID Fan, 400/500 HP, 700 RPM. 91,000 CFM Sturtevant ED Fan, 80°F, 200 HP, 2300V, 885 RPM. Standard valve trim; safety valves, feedwater regulator with bypass arrangement, water column with gauge glasses, blowoff valves, continuous blowdown valves, feed stop and check valves, drain valves, main outlet valve, Diamond sootblowers, as well as relating regulators and controllers. Also included is a panel with combustion controls and instrumentation, Inspection and Access Doors and structural steel.
