(One) 3.8 - 4.2 MW Dresser Rand DC-990 (VT4400) skid mounted, in metal housed enclosure, 2-shaft, cold end drive gas turbine generating set. Utilizes an integral epi-cycle drive gear module which turns a 5000 KVA Ideal brushless generator @ 3/60/2400-4160V at 1800 RPM, which is equipped with a brushless exciter, surge protection and space heaters. Designed to operate on either Natural Gas or #2 oil. For NOx reduction it is equipped with a dual water injection emission system consisting of a reverse osmosis unit, conditioners, filters, pumps and controls. Continuous rating is 4200 KW ISO, 5250 KVA at .8 PF. Manufactured in 1986. Combined cycle heat rate is 8,750 BTU/KW/HR. Turbine system includes tube system and interconnecting piping with gauges and controls, control panel, Donaldson inlet and outlet filters, 5 KV free standing switchgear, exhaust muffler and stack, 200 HP fuel gas compressor, 250 psig discharge pressure. Approximately 21,000 hours since last overhaul 12/97. Shut down in 2000. Spare Parts are available. (For combined cycle, we have accompanying 510 KW steam turbine generator - at additional cost).
