Nine (9) #493 C-E Raymond Bowl Mil Coal Pulverizers, rated at a base capacity of 16,800#/Hr. on 55 grindibility coal pulverized to 70% minus 200 mesh (Capable of grinding down to 90% minus 200 mesh at a lower rating). Each unit is equipped with all internal related grinding components, millbase, gear housing with worm gear and worm shaft, vertical shaft with bowl and grinding ring, millside with related liners and deflectors, separator body with inner cone, inverted cone and static classifier, three (3) oil journals each with grinding roll, side mounted feeder airlock with related speed reducer and 1HP drive motor, convertor head, crossover piping with damper from mill discharge to exhauster fan inlet and exhauster fan with bearing housing, casing with liners and fan wheel. Mills are directly driven by a 100HP, 3/60/2300V., 1200RPM motor and exhausers are directly driven by a 60HP 3/60/2300V 1200RPM motor.
