One (1) New 800HP Cleaver Brooks, 200 psig D.P. Package Firetube Boiler, Model 4WI-200-800-200ST with low emission burner, with NOx emissions of 30 PPM (corrected to 3% 02, firing natural gas) Pressure vessel has 4.4 Sq. Ft. of fireside heating surface per boiler HP. Boiler capacity is 27,600 LB/HR of saturated steam from and at 212°F or 800 Boiler Horsepower. Burner input is 32,659 CFH of 1,000 BTU/CU FT. natural gas or 233.3 GPH of No. 2 fuel oil with 140,000 BTU/GAL. Turndown is 10:1 on natural gas and 8:1 on fuel oil. Blower is 75HP. Air Compressor is 7.5HP. Oil Pump is 1HP. Boiler is complete with burner, fuel oil equipment and standard trim.
