Two (2) New 85,000#/hr. VEO Voyager 399 psig D.P., Skid Mounted Package "O" Type Watertube Boilers with 100% cooled front and rear walls, Model VS-4-68 Operating pressures: 125-350 psig. These boilers will make 85,000 PPH of saturated steam with an *economizer and and 77,000 PPH of saturated steam without economizer. The boilers are a 2 drum, composed of 42" I.D. steam drum and a 30" lower drum with 2" O.D. tubes. Each boiler has a ASME Code and bearing N.B. and H.S.B. stampings. The boilers are equipped with a Peabody low NOx fully automatic burner for natural gas firing and can be converted to also fired #2 fuel oil, forced draft fan with 125 HP TEFC motor, 3/60/480V with starter, Fireye E110 Microprocessor flame monitor system IRI, FM, UL and NFPA approved, 1/60/120V control circuit transformer Siemens 353 Microprocessor combination combustion and single element feedwater control system. The valve trim consists of: feedwater control system with 3" globe bypass valve, (1) LWCO and auxiliary LWCO with bypass, (1) water column assembly with high and low alarm, water gauge and valves, tri-cocks and drain valve, (1) 1" continuous blowdown control valve and stop valve, (1) 3/4" vent valve (2) safety valves, (2) 2 1/2" blowoff valves (1) steam gauge and (1) auxiliary safety connection with blank off flange, equipped with wall boxes and bearing fitted for future sootblowers as well as miscellanous valve trim, regulators, and controllers. Burner and controls are metal housed with an extended rainhood cover. *Economizer available at additional cost.
