| One (1) 150GPM nominal Coen Duplex Pumping, Heating and Straining Set for #6 oil and other liquids. Unit is composed of (2) skids. The first skid has (2) 150GPM @ 200psi DeLaval IMO Model A3DH fuel oil pumps, (1) driven by a 50HP, 3/60/460V., 1 150RPM, TEFC motor, the other is driven by a Coppus RL-22L steam turbine requiring 5250#/hr. of 150psig steam with 10# B.P. Also including (1) 6" Kraissl duplex suction strainer, (1) Green, Model 15A-80A accumulator bearing an ASME stamp, (1) Fisher pressure regulating valve, (2) Sarco steam traps, (1) NEMA 4 electric control cabinet, (1) 2" solenoid valve, (1) 4-Y2" dial compound gauge, (4) 4-Y2" dial pressure gauges, (1) thermometer, (2) mercoid pressure switches and (2) 1-Y2" Kunkle pump relief valves completely piped and wired with all necessary isolation valving. All mounted on a drip proof steel base. The second skid consists of (1) Coen/Warren 60KW electric oil heater with dual circuits and thermostat (2) Coen/Weldon Model 2BU10-96F 300# ASME Code heat exchangers, to heat 150GPM of #6 fuel oil from 90° F. to 200° F. with 5008#/hr steam at 150psig and 366° F., (1) 4" Kraissl duplex strainer, (2) Spence automatic temperature regulator with 3-valve bypass, (1) 1-Y2" Armstrong inverted bucket trap, (1) 2" steam strainer, (3) 4-Y2" dial pressure gauges, (2) 4-'/2" dial thermometers, (1) 1-Y2" steam strainer. All piped complete with necessary isolation valves and mounted on a drip proof steel base. |
