INSULATED ECONOMIZER

One (1) 7366 sq.ft. Kentube Vertical Gas Flow Insulated Rectangular Economizer. Built so that #2 or #6 oil and natural gas may be fired and based on 3 fins per inch. Tube design is 700psig. Economizer is capable of operating with boilers from 75,000 through 150,000 #/hr. with operating pressures from 150 through 65Opsig. Economizer includes shop installed external insulation consisting of 3” thick mineral wool with .016” thick corrugated galvanized steel (CLS) weatherproof casing; (2) Diamond G9B manually operated sootblowers, (2) shop-installed wall boxes and distal bearings for sootblowers; shop-installed 16” square access manway in economizer casing of carbon steel construction and (3) shop-installed carbon steel connections (1 for safety valves and 2 for temperature connections); and (2) Diamond manually operated G9B rotary sootblowers requiring supply pressure of 85 psig minimum to 25Opsig maximum.
