6 (Six) Reconditioned #493 C-E Raymond Bowl Mill Coal Pulverizers rated at a base capacity of 16,800Lbs/Hr on 55 grindibility coal pulverized to 70% minus 200 mesh. Mill is capable of grinding down to 90% minus 200 mesh as well as grinding a 40 hardgrove coal but at a lower rating. Units are equipped with all internal related grinding components, millbase; gear housing with worm gear and worm shaft; vertical shaft with bowl and grind ring; millside with liners and deflectors; (3) oil journals each with grinding roll; side mounted feeder airlock with related speed reducer and 1 HP motor; separator body with static classifier and converter head; and exhauster fan. The mill requires a 100HP 1200 RPM motor and the fan requires a 60HP 1200 RPM motor. These 493 C-E Raymond Bowl Mills were previously owned by the U.S. Government and is in excellent condition with low operating hours. The units were completely overhauled and placed on standby service for future use, but was never put back into service. All the basic wear parts such as the millside liners, grinding ring, grinding rolls, exhauster liner and fan blades are in new condition and would not require replacement. The units will be completely disassembled, and all components will be inspected, replace seal, gaskets and bearings as required, reassembled, sandblasted, primed and painted.
