Unit is equipped with all internal related grinding components; rebuilt gear housing with gear; horizontal shaft with pinion; mill bottom with related oil reservoir, vertical shaft; spider with 12 (twelve) caps, plow support with six (6) NEW plow bodies and six (6) NEW plow tips, six (6) rebuilt oil journals each with NEW grinding roll; millbase with air housing; portliners and NEW grinding ring; millbase with air housing, 16 (sixteen) NEW mill base port liners and NEW grinding ring, millside, rebuilt feeder airlock with related speed reducer driven by a 2 HP 3/60/440V motor, NEW single speed feed controller, rebuilt double whizzer separator driven by a 10HP 3/60/440V motor, NEW variable frequency drive for the whizzer separator and rebuilt system fan directly driven by a 150HP 3/60/440Vmotor.
